I could not help but chuckle on reading an extract from the MSA Court of Enquiry about "misbehaviour" at the Roof 08 after party
"Findings:
1. Mr Gavin Louw & Ian Kinnear, entered by The Roost acted in a manner not normally acceptable at prize givings, Mr Darryl Curtis was clearly depicted as running on tables in one of the video clips.
2. Other parties were clearly observed partaking in acts of hooliganism but these could not be identified by the Court nor by the competitors who partied with them.
3. From verbal evidence it would appear that Off Road Motorcycling prize givings often deteriorates into raucous affairs and that acts of hooliganism and vandalisms are becoming more and more relevant.
4. Members of the organising club were present at various stages of the party, yet did not stop or try to stop what was going on.
5. Numerous competitors and others were party to the hooliganism yet the organising club only lodged complaints against competitor Louw. The Court finds this very strange as victimisation could be inferred, but is certainly not alleged by this Court. "
These ou's don't ride hard enough if they have still got energy to run on the tables.
