I have eventually plucked up the courage to introduce myself!
Only been riding for 5 months but loving it already, now I know what I have been missing being a pillion all these years.
I own the new G650 GS and eventually took it for a long ride - very different to my training bike a Honda Twister!!. Did just short of 500km's this weekend and loved every minute - could ride all day given half the chance. I even went on a small piece of dirt and for a very new rider it was quite a different feel. The bike handles like an absolute dream, corners beautifully - I realise now that the bike won't fall over on corners ;D ;D. It however does not like sticking to 120 but considering I am still riding it in, will have to do for another 500 km's at least.
I look forward to many, many more happy safe miles and maybe one day I will join the WD's on a ride
