New Heidenau K60 Scout

I am in need of a new rear after 5500km on my last TKC. It will either be between a Mitas 07 / 09, new Heide K60II or another TKC. I like the looks of the Heidenau, but what concerns me is the solid section in the centre of the tyre. Are there any users that have experience of this tyre and how do you find grip, wet and dry, tar and gravel.
Also, speed and load ratings on Heidenau K60II, Mitas E07, Mitas E09 and TKC, all in 150-70-17, except for Mitas E09 which will be a 140-80-17 I suppose. Much appreciated.
