Hi,

Gert Kruger from Durbanville here. New member and new to adventure biking.

Realised during this pandemic that I have always wanted to get an adventure bike, and there were always a million reasons not to do it.
Now is the time. Have completed the learners (3rd time in my life), and booked the license.
Currently looking for a bike and gear. After WAY too much research, I have decided to look for an F800GS (or Adventure)

There seems to be a lot of good content and nice people on the forum, and I have a lot to learn.
