As soon as my new garage is finished, I'm going to start the tear down and full nut and bolt rebuild of my 1981 Kawa Z1000.
I have already started preparing by importing a whole bin load of spares from both USA and UK, such as 1170 Hi-comp Wiseco pistons and rings, Mikuni flat slide smoothbores, push pull throttle and cables, DYNA hi output electronic ignition and coils, ZX9 front forks, disks and wheels, to name only a few.
I'll keep this running as the rebuild thread
