As a result of the success of Saturday's Noob Commuters run and a suggestion that rush hour training will be appreciated, I will do one rush hour run per week (depending on interest shown). The first one will be this Friday the 11th from Mc Donalds Gateway centre, Pretorius / Schoeman street - GPS cords - S25 44 38.9 E28 14 46.1. Depart at 7:00 for Jozi.
Second one will be next Friday 18th from The Old Windmill in Van Riebeeck Avenue, Edenvale. Depart 7:00 for Pretoria.
