So I went and did the un-thinkable........for me anyway, I have always seriously disliked the 990 Adventure!
Big, heavy, common as a Toyota Hilux and boring as all hell I said :biggrin:
Anyway long story short I need a machine that I can travel with in relative comfort and the 690 doesnt hit the box with that tick at all! Besides my real off-road technical requirements are more than being met in massive doses with the 230 and more recently the KTM 200 whilst we continue Roof training!
So last week I took possession of easily the prettiest bike I`ve ever owned and due to the Bash coming up so soon we took off on an unplanned pre 1000 km trip so I could get the servicing out of the way
