On my bike, riding in the direction of Centurion on Hendrik Fewoerd I noticed a scooter driving in my direction...now that would have been normal except this schooter was not in its lane, it was in mine!!! Thinking that there might be something wrong I slowed down, pressing the hooter. Now, and this is the amazing part....behind the hadelbars of this schooter was a young chick, about 13 years old...one habd on the handlebar, and in the other a celphone....and yes...she was texting, not even lifting her head to see who was hooting!!!! Now this is just plain scary..... :xxbah:
