I've been riding my 650 GS for just over 2 years now. I am also looking to upgrade to a 1200 / 1150.
There are people who tell me, go and do the offroad course on your 650 first, and then upgrade to the 1200. I was thinking, upgrade to the 1200, ride it for a month or 2, and then book for the offroad course on the bigger bike.
What do you think ?
PS. courses already done:
a) K53 at BMW
b) Intermediate, also at BMW (at least a year ago)
