Good day Chaps,
I am riding to Cederberg Oasis on either the 6th or 7th (Most likely 7th) of Jan from the coast. I want to sleep over in Tankwa Tented Camps (Stonehinge) as the next destination in my long solo trip back to Jhb. What I want to find out is:
1. I really would like to ride the Old Postal Road, is there anyone of the Wilddogs available to join me for this route?
2. How bad is it for a solo rider? ("B" option for solo is via Groenfontein Private Nature Reserve)
- I'll have 2x 2L safari water bottles + 1.5 Solomon Bladder, total = 5.5 litres of water on board.
- I'll have 23 Litres of fuel ex-Clanwiliam.
- I'll have 3 emergency meals + Shelter on board.
- My GVM will still be less than a dry GS :
, I'm on a KLR.
