Biker down on top of the off-ramp / on-ramp, Olifantsfontein Rd and R21S. Must have happened at about 15:00. Single cylinder dualie. I. didn't see another vehicle, but there could have been one between all the emergency vehicles. Sadly, the rider did not make it.
