Opinions on the KTM 990 touring screen

Hi all,

I am just looking for opinions on the 990 touring screen. I have had mixed reports from various friends of mine. The buffeting on my helmet is driving me crazy....and I have a 5000 km trip coming up now in July. Seriously thinking about buying one, but don't want to waste my money.

Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
