Overseas / Online Order Question

Hi All, just need a bit of advice please.

Please excuse my ignorance but Ive never ordered anything online before.

I ordered a few GOETERS from the States on the 9th of September. They gave me a tracking number & the last entry on the USPS website was 11/9  Tried searching that tracking number on SAPO website but it says parcel not found in database????


Anyone have an idea of how long these things usually take to arrive?
