So it appears the previous owner/owners maccie has stripped the sump plug on my otherwise awesome klr650. Guess the mechanics he has trusted for years are not so trustworthy...
Anyway. They used some compound to keep the bolt in place. i have cleaned up the threads and it doesnt look like there is any damage besides the stripped threads. Before going the time sert route i have been recommended to try an oversize sump plug bolt. Can anyone assist me with this? Midas dont have stock.
