Friend of my neighbour lost his plastic pannier off his R80GS PD (black and yellow model) somewhere between Hofmeyer and Nieu-Bethesda on Thursday. His route was a mix of dirt and tar, mostly dirt. I don't have the exact route details but there cannot be too many plastic panniers lying around in this area 
It contains all his clothes and toiletries, camera and other valuables are in his remaining pannier.
