Pemba to Dar Es Salaam

Hi, I am planning a motorcycle trip on my 1200 Adv up to Tanzania via North Mozambique.  I am looking for info on the following.

1. Road condition from Pemba to Ravuma River then up to Dar via Lindi Gravel 4x4 roads .or thick sand???
2, Is it possible to get a motorcycle over the Ravuma river fery and what does it cost
3. Are there border control at the Ravuma river on either side or where do I get passport stamped
4. Is there fuel available on route between Ravuma and Dar.
5, Where are decent places to sleep overnight between Ravuma River and Dar
