Spend some time today driving from one bike shop to another to another to find a cure for covering scratches on the long range tank of my DR .
Read here on the forum that painting won't work so was thinking of buying or having stickers made after sanding the rough parts . Scratches are not deep just cosmetically .
Wherever I went I was told that stickers won't work as the tank must " breathe " .
Now if that is correct how does a metal tank " breathe " ?
