I had my house rented out for a few years, and am now doing some maintenance in
order to sell. The water has been off for a few months as I've been doing the maintenance, but now
when I switched it all on, I notice that water is dripping from a conduit into the gutter. I have not been
into the ceiling, but assume its the geyser overflow. Its dripping quite fast,1 - 2 drops per second.
Is this a valve of sorts which I need to replace ?
Thanks for all constructive feedback.
