Has anyone tried these things? They rock!
Its not often that something scores highly in geek, coolness and therapeutic circles!
I strained my wrists in the last wild pups Lesotho ride over new year, Im thinking its from saving falls with the bike at > 25deg of lean or so. I pulled the muscle/ligament/sore-bit that runs on the outside of my forearm on the bottom (ie the bit without the south african driving tan).
Anyway this powerball thing, which ive been using for the past few weeks has strengthened my wrists again so I can contemplate riding somewhere dusty again
My max RPM is 11500ish with my right hand and 10500ish with my left.
