I bought a S4 Airoh helmet from Full Throttle mid 2007 and after less than 4000km the screw holding the visor in place has stripped. I must have changed it less than 5 times. My mates with the exact same helmet have had no problems at all and I rather like the helmet. I have lost the invoice and if that's an issue I'll even pay to have it repaired.
After being as polite as possible given that my helmet brakes after less than 5 months of infrequent use, a Mr Kit Johnson from DMD acuses me of damaging the helmet without even seeing it and declares the warranty void. My house is littered with DMD products so needles to say I'm not to happy with this response.
Anyone else had similar issues/advise with Airoh & DMD?
