During the last week of daily riding I have noticed a new sensation on the bike when cornering that can be best described as either a very high frequency vibration or a very mild bearing grating.
I have tried to isolate it by rolling off the throttle and free wheeling with the clutch engaged. In a straight line all is normal. When cornering in gradual turns the fine grating sensation appears. I cannot make out if it is coming from the front or rear wheel.
Any ideas on what it might be?

Some facts:
- 07 GS 45 000 km's
What I have checked thus far:
- Brake discs not warped
- No obvious play in front wheel bearings
- No obvious play on rear wheel and FD <1mm spec at rim
- Removed ABS sensor from FD - no fine or coarse debri/shavings
- Wheel pressures fine 2.5 front, 2.8 rear
