Recent law change re number plates in Western Cape... Be warned

Hi folks
some of u may or may not know ....i found this info on Harley Tygervalley FB page (don't ask)recently a bunch of them where stopped by cops enroute to Klienmond this is the second incident of this nature where i have heard the law are targeting bikers for number plate sizes etc
