Repair manual CD to thumb drive

I have purchased repair manual for F models on CD. Would be much easier to take with me on long trips is I could copy it to USB thumb drive.  But it is copy protected. If I can not copy I will have to take a CD drive to plug into my net book or print out the parts I think I might need. Any computer geeks out there that know of a way to transfer it.
