RH side hotter than LH?

I just fitted the decibel killers to the Akra pipes on the 990 and started it up to see how she sounds.  It was weird that the RH pipe or front cylinder was quite a bit hotter and also much more forceful when you hold your hand up against the outlet compared to the LH side or rear cylinder.

Is this normal, and why would that be? Trust the Ecu will take bit of time to learn and adjust for the extra backpressure once we go for a ride.
