Riding in strong wind

Just returned from a trip to Worcester, and at some places was forced to lean right to take a left turn, must say felt strange at 110km'h. The wind was blowing quite hard, luckily not gusting too much.

What is the best/correct thing to do in conditions like this? Counter steering, leaning into the wind, etc?
