Riding through Africa to raise awareness for Autism

My daughter (10yrs old with high functioning autism) and I are riding through Africa on a motorbike and sidecar to raise awareness for autism. (East London UK to East London SA)
We are in Nairobi at the moment getting some R&R and bike fix, but will soon be on the move again, and looking for contacts and support as we go through Southern Africa.
Countries we will be riding through: Kenya (now), Tanzania, Malawi, Mozambique, Zimbabwe, Zambia (if i can get the dual visa entering Zim) Botswana, Namibia and South Africa.
