Shipping bikes back to SA from Tanzania + Carne (if required info)

Hi, Needing some advise on taking bikes to and from Tanzani.

We're a big group riding up to Arusha (Tanzania) through Zim, Zambia, Malawi and then Tanzania.

Advice needed?
* Do we need carne's for the trip?
* Is it possible to get 'fixers' to help speed up border crossings? And how do you find them.

We plan to fly home from Tanzania and have a couple of mates with vehicles and trailers following that will bring the bikes back to SA . What's needed for them to bring the bikes back through the various border crossings? (Zambia , Zimbabwe, Botswana )

Any advice will be gold.
