REVS (Chris of Desert Lizard) and Wayneh (Recce rider & co-organiser of last years Amageza Rally) have got together to create an exhilarating, & cost effective, 600km Roadbook Navigation Weekend. Running from PE to Willowmore (stage 1), and than back to PE (stage 2). Neither unique routes are via Baviaans.

We would like to ride with whoever is interested. Leaving 07h00 on Sat 30 March and arriving back by 15h00 Sun 31 March. For those coming from outside of PE, this allows for Fri 29 March (public holiday) to get there, and Mon 1 April to travel home.

Day1 is +/- 300km as is Day2 - following a completely different route. The route itself is not technical (while including 1x short 20km moderately technical jeep track) but has a lot of navigation to hone your skills on tight & fast sections. The terrain & scenery is mind-blowing! Max distance of 150km between fuel stops.

The Roadbooks will be done professionally at a cost of R60 per set (includes stage 1 and stage 2), and be handed out on the Friday night. This is NOT an organised event, just a roadbook navigation weekend, in other words: NO BACKUP CREW AND NO AMBULANCES, etc. You purchase the printed roadbook, nothing else.

The start & finish is from OffCamber Adventures campsite (35km outside PE). They'll offer campers a competitive rate of R60 per night, so you can trailer your bike to the campsite and leave your car & trailer there till the return the next day. Overnight in Willowmore can be provided via an awesome Campsite in Willowmore at R75 per night.
If there's enough riders that wish to travel light, we maybe able to arrange transportation of camping equipment from OffCamber (PE) to Willowmore Campsite at a small fee to cover petrol.

You are Guaranteed to get a lot of navigation experience from this Roadbook Navigation Weekend and hopefully get rid of those navigation nerves.
