Three weeks ago before I left for Germany I went for a little weekend ride. Got the Friday off and decided to ride to Oudtshoorn for my usual free accommodation at night. The 350km night ride was quite interesting. I found that if I put my zumo on 180m resolution the turns are not a surprise and I can ride much better. Anyway it was adventure. Being a night ride I took no pictures.
The next morning I left for Calitzdorp via the Matjiesrivier road.
Soon turned to gravel.

All the houses are painted the same. I suppose they are part of the Swartberg Nature Reserve.
