Was filling up at the Shell at Donford on Friday. It was rather busy and I had to Q behind an anniversary edition GSA when I noticed it had Pennsylvania plates on (if 'n remember correctly). Asked the guy where he was heading and he responded with "Paris." Upon further inquiry he mentioned that it was not a big problem to ship his bike here, but I couldn't get more from him as he didn't seem to be in the mood to chat.
Anyone know about these okes and their epic journey? And is it really that easy to ship a bike? Always got the impression from other freds on the forum that it is a moerse shlep. Then again, these okes had every bell and whistle on their bikes that money could buy. So maybe it's just a matter of the shlep being reduced by throwing $$$ at the problem.
