Just witnessed a ±15year old boy go down while turning at a traffic light on Hendrik Potgieter (Wilgeheuwel,GP)at the PnP,KFC. I stopped to check if he is ok. He said he went over a oil patch.
He's ok moerse roastie on the leg,in shorts and skater shoes, but all ok.
