Self inflating sleeping mats - Opinions?

I am planning a 6 day solo trip and have been looking at a few of the self inflating sleeping mats:

Cape Union Mart (K-Way)

First Ascent

Eiger

Now I have done my fair share of camping and hiking using rolled up foam mats. I however like the idea of the space saving and hopefully the increased comfort the said items would bring. My concern is I weigh 115kg and am somewhat skeptical of these 1 inch thick mats keeping me off the ground sufficient enough for a good nights sleep.

Have any of you guys used these sleeping mats, what are your opinions?
