So, the Puzey I bought the other day, as recommended by a forum member as being a great playbike, has thusfar proved to be a complete waste of time. Like "I wish I'd bought a Bashan" waste of time. Far from being in good condition, the electrical system was made of bloudraad and solder. The carb thinks it's a firehose, and drowns the engine every time I touch the throttle. The starter button just snapped off from having me try and coax the !@Q#$ back into life. If I'd known, at least, I wouldn't be so pissed off, but seriously, when something is sold on the forum as a bike, I expect not to have to push it everywhere.
There was a thread the other day about getting schnaai'd by fellow Dogs, the gist of the replies being that "just because they're on here, don't expect better results than Gumtree", but I may as well have bought this off of J-dog's brother. 10k wasted. Thanks.
