Shark Helmets and WOA

On Monday I was on the new MV, and suddenly the Shark S900 visor came lose and flew of the helmet, damaging the brackets on the side of the helmet.   My wife (who else....) bought it as a present some time ago at WOA Randburg, so I did not have the slip, just the guarantee card.   I was not sure if it is still under guarantee (5 year guarantee) because I could not remember when I got it.   On Monday I went to WOA Centurion, explained what happened, "no problem sir we will send it in and let you know". Tuesday got a phone call, saying they are busy with the helmet and it is repaired under guarantee, Wednesday got a call saying the helmet would be back at WOA Thursday.   Yesterday I fetched the helmet and everything replaced for free, even the visor, which the old one was due for replacement anyway.    Great service WOA and Shark!!!
