Sleeping bag for 3 season camping

So I don't know much about sleeping bags so I need some guidance.

Have slept many times in them but was always either borrowed or bought from Mr. Price Sport or some place similar. Most of the times I froze my butt off in them

I was looking at the following sleeping bag

Question then, is it overkill for 3 seasons camping (Extreme: -22°C; Limit: -5°C; Comfort: +1°C)

What would be the ideal Comfort to Limit ratings for 3 season camping?
