Sleeping Pads / Blow Up Mattress / Stretcher

For all the camping dogs:

Whats best?

Inflatable mattress - comfie, keeps the cold out, has to be inflated, gets punctures

Sleeping Pads - easy to lay out, thin, uncomfortable, cold???

Stretchers - hard work to assemble?? Comfi???

Please jot down any notes inputs, all info mucho appreciated.

Also need advice / input on tents.

Tent will be used for 2 people on long bike trip.

2 or 3 man tents are nice and light, but damn they are small for 2 people.

What say the campers - what tent is easy to set up, good wind and rain protection, has space etc etc.
