Got this letter in the mail: 81 in a 60 zone on Tygervalley Rd BTW Diemersdal & Rhodes, Kenridge.
But how do I know it was indeed me (on the bike) and not the SUV? Are the cameras smart enough to know which vehicle they are trapping? From googlemaps it doesn't look like a permanent trap.
Looking at the photo I cannot establish who was speeding. Can you? It looks like they were trapping the ongoing traffic. I think I have reasonable reason to contest this?
I heard on the radio that a fine is now not valid if it has not been sent by registered post?
Any advice?
