Soetkraal road (Plettenbergbaai to Langkloof)

Does anyone have more information ons this Road, especially with regards to access control.

I got this information from Sanpark's website.

But they do not answer phones or reply to emails.

We are planning an overlanding trip and would like to include that road if possible.
