(pics at end)
Please will someone who REALLY wants her buy her from me?
Bike is in Joburg, available for viewing and potentially movable to Durban/Cape Town, if necessary.
Contact me on 072 9ate tree 34tree zero or on here please. If I don't answer your call, sms and I will return it.
Price is negotiable, within reason!
Details:
2003 model
45,000km (I did the last +-10,000, I'm the second owner, papers are in my name)
Original BMW "tank" bag
Original BMW two-piece soft luggage (barely used, but with zip handles damaged due to fatigue)
Decently sized footpegs
Amazing exhaust note...custom 'job
Spare key
Recently the clutch cable snapped, so the new one is less than 5,000km old and an OEM replacement.
Original manual/handbook
Printed full workshop manuals
Front suspension protection
Mitas E07 tyres, about 50% or more life left on them
BMW Tool kit
Spares: chain cover, poop scoop (not installed on bike), rear indicator/light/plate holder, non-Dakar BMW centre stand that can be made to work (not installed)
Regularly serviced by owners as required by schedule.
Honesty:
One indicator needs replacing now
Chain & sprockets need replacing within +-2000km
A service by a qualified/ experienced mechanic would probably be a good idea at 50,000km to help this bike make its full potential of over 200,000km
