Aluminium Happy-trails panniers for sale with mounting gear. 25 litre volume each.
Panniers are in excellent condition. One barely noticeable dent in one pannier as well as repair to one mounting hole.
The dent has been removed professionally and the mounting hole repair is not visible when the panniers are mounted and closed. These panniers have been very well looked after and have not been used much.
They also feature tie points on the lids to secure tent, etc and have lockable latches (padlock). All mounting gear is provided (bolts, nuts, etc) except for the rear indicator relocating brackets. These went missing during a house move but can easily be manufactured with some steel or aluminium flat bar by anybody with a little mechanical knowledge.
CAUTION: the mounting brackets DO NOT fit the current model KLR, only the older A models. The brackets can be altered to fit the newer model by moving only one mounting arm on each side if you wish to do a little cutting and welding and adding spacers for side cover clearance.

If you are in or around Cape Town, bring your bike and I will gladly assist in fitting them as well as manufacture the indicator relocating brackets. (I unfortunately cannot manufacture these brackets prior to fitment of the panniers as I no longer own a KLR to attain the correct measurements from).
