Pack Dog
I'm sad to announce that my baby is for sale... Tough times call for tough measures.
BMW F650GS Dakar 2007 Model.
This is the model with heated grips and ABS.
It has53 000 54 800 on Odo. (Accurate mileage once I checked)
Bought this from a Wilddog last year.
Selling for what I owe on it: R40 000
Added Extras:
The bike is mechanically sound, and runs like a beaut!
Cosmetically, the previous owner let the battery leak fluid onto the engine, staining the paint. (new pipe installed bu Offroad Cycle solved this issue)
While I have had the bike, I had Conrad (Runner on this forum), at Offroad Cycles, do a rear shock refurbishment (they changed the seals in the shock, changed the oil and gas in the shock, as well as re-chrome the shaft), as well as a service. I have also done an oil and filter change myself. I also replaced the ABS switch at BMW.
I have a set of front brake pads,as well as a 2nd hand ABS switch, and a different screen (and mountings) which I'll throw in too.
I'm in Fourways in Joburg or Lynwood in Pretoria during work hours, or Bassonia in the south of Joburg in the evenings/weekends.
Will post pics this weekend. Pics attached
Thanks,
Dave
