SOLVED *****WANTED: Tank top Bag

Looking for a Tank Top Bag preferable strap-on (no not that kind) for my Honda Transalp 700VA 2011.
Must have a clear compartment in the top for my Note 4 Smartphone.
Don't want to spend a fortune like the new SW brands. Need it by Thursday next week for a trip.
