My 2013 800XC now reached the starter problem era at 33K km. It starts 3 times out of 5 and usually leaves me in a bad spot when I least want it to happen.
Battery was tested and is 100%. Charged to the brim. So it must be the notorious starter brushes that are failing.
It NEVER happens when I park on a slope where I can give it a quick push-start.
Has anyone found a solution for this yet? Is there a spannerslinger in KZN who can sort this out and still be easy on the wallet?
