Suggestions - 2/3 Day Trip - Gauteng

I am looking for suggestions for a trip out of Joburg to get SWAMBO used to the bike and ease her into things.
Ideally a 2/3 day trip from Joburg to a lekker little place that does dinner, bed and breakfast.
