Pack Dog
Largely inspired by 007's great RR (found here: https://wilddog.net.za/forum/index.php?topic=87432.0)
I did a quick solo trip myself through the Ceres Karoo.

On the way to the R355
Great piece of road that links the R355 and R356, quite a few gates though
On the R356, seeing as there weren't many trees around and it was scorching hot, I stopped whenever I found one for a water break
The overnight spot was Sterland caravan park, owner Jurg had offered to buy me firewood and have it ready on my arrival, really nice guy

The roads were great, except this one between Sutherland and Calvinia was a killer
...had a nice tree though
