I recently put a T63 rear tyre on my Dakar. Did about 700km ( 60km tar) and after the trip saw that around the base of every middle tread/knobby it appears as if it is cracked/ perished. Also, they didn't wear even. The front of every knobby wore off at an angle. Michelin came back and said it's because of incorrect tyre pressure and or excessive riding. I had it at 1.8 and according to them it should be 2.3 bar. This is my first rear T63, but with previous tyres I never had a problem running them at 1.8 bar for gravel riding. The bike was not laden too heavy. Has anyone else ever had the same problem? At what pressure do you ride your T63? I'll try and upload some pictures later.
