Accommodation: 5 x Bedded Tents and the rest strictly Camping.

Open to: BMW R80 & R100 GS Monolevers & Paralevers from 1980 -1997 / HPN's /HP2
Cost: Package includes: Accommodation/ Food /T-Shirt & Stickers/)
Option A: Camping with own tent: R750 pp
Option B: Bedded Tent as shared by 4 people: R1050 pp
Option C: Bedded Tent as shared by 2 people: R1250 pp
Description: Friday 27th April 2012 (Public Holiday):
Leave from you prospective departure points across SA and meet up with fellow owners or ride solo.
As you make your way to the venue find interesting routes to ride and your own accommodation for the night.
Saturday 28th April 2012
Arrive at Khamkirri and meet up with other owners arriving.
Dinner to be served the evening.
Sunday 29th April 2012
Breakfast to be served.
Open for any outride / sightseeing (i.e Augrabies Waterfall / Riemvasmaak etc)
Here riders can hook up and go riding together or just spend the day lounging about the river.

Monday 30th April 2012 - Homeward Bound
Breakfast to be served.
Leave venue with fellow owners or ride solo.
As you make your way home find alternative interesting routes to ride and your own
accommodation for the night.
Tuesday 01st May 2012 (Public Holiday)
Arrive home.
May we see the old faces again, meet the new ones and enjoy another memorable event together.

Should there be any late comers wanting to join it will be possible on a Option A -(Own Tent Package ) Only.
Please contact me directly for any further info regarding the event.
The final deadline for that last minute few , should there be any, will be just before the event T-Shirt gets printed
which should be around the first week in April.
