so this morning on my way to work it was my turn to get taken out. was coming up Bottelary road towards stikland. a digger-loader turned into Bottelary from the left ahead of me but stayed in the yellow lane, which would have been fine, but some dude in a black nissan 1400 also turned into Bottelary from the right, oposite the digger, right in front of me. i couldnt swerve to avoid the bakkie because then i would hit the digger! :eek7: so i hit the bakkie on the side and the bike somehow got stuck and i got dragged along for a bit and then got unstuck and hit the deck.
lucklily nothing broken, but i got 10 stiches in my right knee and a few more on the inside. and its flippen sore! :'(
the little chinese bike has minimal damage - my leg broke its fall!
even though i did come off and did get hurt, I am thankful for God's protection - it could easily have been a lot worse! :thumleft:
