We received this from out courier company and believe it is imperative we pass it along to you, our customers:
‘Dear Customer,
It is with regret that we must again ask your indulgence regarding our service levels that are being affected in some areas due to the ongoing protest actions on our national and regional roads.
The protest action is constantly moving from area to area, so with this tactic, it makes it difficult for us to plan ahead of the time.
We are in constant communications with other members of the road freight association and many independent authorities so we can avoid placing your parcels and our lives at risk.
We have been successful in avoiding any incidents to date, however, our service levels have suffered as it means taking alternative (slower) routes or departing later in the morning which causes delays on delivery times.
Hopefully, this chaos will soon be at an end.
We thank you for your ongoing support and patience during this time.
