This gathering has become a favourite with the usual crowd, not only because of the
people attending, but also the nice location and the good food.
Thumper Bash so that all trademarks and all other dualsport bikes can join.
The thumper crowd are cool people anyway and dont mind others joining.
So even if you have a twin cylinder, feel free to join.
This event grew very much into a "good mates supporting Koedoeskloof"
event, so put your name on your list.
From previous years experience, I dont have to explain or convince you
what the standard of the food and presentation, and experience is going to be.
As a matter of fact everybody is always having a good time at Koedoeskloof.
DATE : 5, 6 and 7 August 2016
VENUE : Koedoeskloof
COSTS : You must take one of the PACKAGES. There are two options :
1. Camping : R 495
What you get for your money:
Camping for two nights
Full English breakfast with bacon, eggs, mushrooms, tomato and toast on
Saturday and Sunday mornings.
Friday night : Roast beef, potatoes and veggies
Saturday night : Braaipack with steak, chop, boerewors and patato salad,
roosterkoek and green salad and desert
Included in the price is also the cost towards braaiwood for the weekend.
Important: Campers can just pay in the money. No need to confirm booking.
2. Sleep inside B and B accommodation at Koedoeskloof : R 1025 per person
Same value for money package for food as per the campers.
3. Sleep on neighbouring farms : R 365
Same value for money package as for the campers, but you arrange your own accomodation
directly with the owners of said accomodation.
Deposits and cost and confirmation for this accommodation must be arranged by yourself
and will be your responsibility.
IMPORTANT: You must phone or email Veldtie(Eugene) at Koedoeskloof and book and
confirm booking for a bed with him.
If his rooms are full, he's got extra options down the road with his neighbours.
He will supply you with their details.
It is however very convenient to sleep on the premises and to fill up those beds
first.
NOTE :
The rate is for two people sharing ONLY. You therefor need to find a buddy to
go in with you. We need to book out the fixed accommodation.
Booking for fixed accommodation will be handled on the basis that you
confirm availability before you pay.
It will be handled on a first come, first serve basis. If you want the room,
you need to pay soonest.
We will not reserve a room indefinitely, as the demand is quite high

Veltie needs to know the numbers for catering. So all payments and bookings
needs to made at the latest on the 1st of August 2016.

Swartbergpas, Prince Albert and even Oudshoorn and Meiringskloof is
well within reach for a dayride.
We will start a different thread from this one for t-shirts and stickers etc.......
On the thread below , I will make payment acknowledgements as they appear
in the bankaccount.
Take into account that interbank transfers can easily take 48 hours, or even
longer over a weekend.
